Many P2E games utilize discord bots to engage with their members and record participation. This traditionally comes with the award of privileged positions such as whitelisting and/or a direct cryptocurrency value. These bots often have the user participate in mini games such as gambling (slot machine/rolling dice), daily log/weekly rewards, or RPG based story games. These bots have the mutual benefit for both Crypto College and the providing community. CC's members receive convenient and aggregated access to awards while the providing community receives free hosting, advertisement, and technical support for those participating members.

Discord's bot functionality allows for developers to design programs to act as a conduit to the greater interne. This allows for many entertainment and utility functions to be accessed all within the Discord window at an immediate glance or text commands.
